We strive to complete services within agreed timeframes. Delivery may be affected by property conditions, equipment availability, and technical factors beyond our control.
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and business checks. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Boostfilter warrants professional service delivery. Installation work is guaranteed as specified in your service agreement. Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers.
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur fees. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled services.
To the extent permitted by law, Boostfilter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is property of Boostfilter and protected by copyright laws.
Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration under California law.
These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict of law provisions.
